Great tractor cart December 28, 2009 Vince 8 (Virginia, USA) 4 out of 4 found this review helpful
I've had this cart for about 4 months. It has been great and met my expectations. Assembly was easy and took about 30 minutes. I initially used the cart to distribute 10 cubic yards of dirt around our yard. My son and I filled it to the brim numerous times and pulled it behind our tractor mower. The dumping feature was really handy. The plastic bed was robust. I would expect it to stand up to any reasonable amount of loading. The cart used as a manual push/pull cart also works great for light jobs, however with the size of the bed, you could easily load it so moving it by hand would be a challenge if you have any grade to traverse.
Precision 10 Cubic Foot Push/Pull/ Tow Poly Cart June 12, 2009 Farmer Frank (NC, USA) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Lots of Nuts and bolts...haha...but they were mostly in the same pattern, so assembly went quicker than initially thought. Good convenient size, especially for 2 people; -however if it's just one person just fill accordingly, so handling is easier. Tough yet light weight because it's poly; easy to maneuver [unless you fill it too full]. Tires went flat under the initial loads when I tried to use it. A bicycle pump was no good, but a $7 compressor from Walmart did the trick very well! Definitely good for those tough jobs!! Shipping was prompt...and NO problems with the transaction...Good Seller!!
well made Trailor October 3, 2009 D. Simmons (Littleton) 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
Large tires and well made. Items stay in place because of the extra depth. very stable holds lots of stuff. I pull behind an atv works real good
Had to make it fit. May 20, 2010 Laurie G. (NY) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
The directions for assembly are poor and pictures even worse. I had to write the company because the piece that was supposed to hold the cart closed wouldn't fit in the appropriate space. The company told me to whack it with a hammer -- which worked. The cart is good quality and works great when towing it or pulling it by hand. But assembly is the pits.
PP Garden Cart May 31, 2010 jcc_002 (Phila, PA USA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
This is a well-designed unit. The only issue I have with the design is that the tires are 4.00x8, and couldn't possibly carry 650 lb, as specified by the manufacturer.
I ordered it 2 months ago, with free shipping. Nonetheless, it arrived within a few days.
The package had both bolts and nuts missing, and one of the bolts, as it turned out, had a fouled thread. I spent about $10 replacing the missing parts. (You can't buy just one nut or bolt anymore.) When I assembled the unit, most bolt holes lined up cleanly. But- one pair was far enough off that I had to use a drift pin and hammer to align them. One was so far off (1-1/4") that I had to drill a new hole. The unit had several scratches in places which do not seem to be shipping-related. The bed-support to tow bar fit was too tight, and I had to use the hammer again.
After this exasperating assembly, I have used the unit behind my garden tractor, and also as a push cart, with success. I use it for light, bulky, material, and tools. The folding tow bar is cleverly designed, and easy to use. At this point I would have given the cart 3-4 stars.
However, the cart has gotten wet several times, and now has about 10 rust spots on the handles and bar. Unacceptable.
In short, good design, poor manufacture. Don't buy it.
